Speaking w/ Frank, a very nice man from Africa on set, day past and he was in awe of what I was missing in the country. Because he'd never experienced what I spoke of. He knows beauty in pictures but never in all his 42 years has he ever been tranquilized by Nature.
All so different.

- been planning in detail what is next for too long... which rung of what ladder i would be on by what date. all the while thinking "life is short". reckon mine is, on any given timeline. soaking up everything exposed, thru all thy senses, for 50 years, next 30 deciphering. finally writing new chapters, as Willie sings, "phases and stages"!
